Terms & Conditions

1.Clients MUST remove all personal belonging (including but not limited to electronics, jewelry, documents, loos change, clothing, bags, and sensitive items) from their vehicle prior to our arrival for service.

2.Additional Fee for Non-Compliance: If personal items are left in the vehicle, an additional fee of $40 will be charged to 

• Cover time spent carefully moving, storing, and repositioning items to avoid damage or loss;

• Account for increased liability and delayed service completion.

3.No Liability for Left Items:

Spotless Rides assumes NO responsibility or liability for damage, loss, or theft of any personal items left in the vehicle during service. Clients agree not to hold us liable for such incidents

4.Right to Refuse Service:

I reserve the right to refuse service or halt work immediately (without refund) if excessive belongings prevent safe or proper detailing, or pose a hazard.

5.Photographic Evidence:

We may photograph the vehicles interior before service begins to document the presence of personal items if applicable.
