Refund Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every detail. Please review our policy regarding refunds and service issues;
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

More than 24 hours Notice: Full refund of any deposit or reschedule at no charge

Less than 24 hours notice / No-show: Deposit is Non-refundable. Full service fee may be charged if the time slot cannot be filled
2. Refunds Due to Service issues:

Notify us within 48 hours of service completion via phone or email with photos/video evidence of the concern.

Inspection: We will inspect the vehicle to verity the issue

Resolution: We will re-perform the unsatisfactory area(s) at no cost(preferred solution)/. If reperformance is not possible or acceptable, a partial or full refund for the affected service area(s) may be issued
3.Non-Refundable Situations:

Clients Cancels Mid-Service: No refund for work already completed.

Pre-Existing Damage: We document vehicle condition pre-service. No refund for existing stains, scratches, odors, or damage we did not cause.

Personal Belonging Left in Vehicle: As stated in our Terms, if excessive items prevent proper service(resulting in extra fees), no refund will be issued for incomplete areas. We are not liable for damage to items left behind.

Weather Interruptions(Mobile Service): No refund if severe weather (rain, extreme cold) prevents safe/exterior work. We will reschedule promptly
4. Deposits:

Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable for late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows.
